Terms of Use

What Proof MyCare does
Proof MyCare helps a household organize providers, contracts, schedules, invoices, and visit records. It can compare an invoice with the care information entered by the household and help prepare a neutral message for a provider.
Your account and records
Sign in with Apple is required for a human account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account secure and for entering records you are authorized to use. Household members should only be invited when they are authorized to access the household’s care and financial records.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple controls billing, renewal, refunds, and payment details. Manage or cancel a subscription through Apple’s subscription settings. A subscription unlocks the premium features described in the app; historical records remain available subject to the app’s retention and deletion controls.
Use of results
Invoice extraction and comparisons are assistance features and may require review or correction. A QR interaction is evidence of an interaction with the service, not a guarantee that care was delivered. Proof MyCare does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide emergency advice, determine fraud or wrongdoing, or replace professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse QR challenges, attempt to access another household, upload content you do not have permission to use, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access when needed for security, legal compliance, or protection of users. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
Data and account controls
The Start Over flow removes operational household data while keeping the Apple account. The separate Delete Account flow removes the account after its safety checks. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
